SALES SPECIALIST
Sales specialists responsibilities include meeting sales goals, creating business relationships, being persistent under pressure and maintaining a keen awareness of the customer's needs. A successful sales specialist uses their people skills and self-confidence to make and meet sales goals
AUTOMOTIVE/BODY SHOP TECHNICIAN
Automotive Technicians are responsible for the repair and preventive maintenance of automobiles including but not limited to oil changes, tire rotations, transmission flushes, front-end alignments.
RECEPTIONIST - EVENING / WEEKEND
Receptionist is responsible for greeting customers promptly, listening to customer inquiries and requests and asking questions to ensure understanding of needs. Takes initiative to help others as needed. Refers customers to appropriate department or individual via phone or in person.
BDC REPRESENTATIVE
BDC/Internet Sales Representatives will be responsible for handling all incoming phone calls and internet leads, as well as confirming sales appointments and performing long-term follow-up on all unsold customers (e.g., internet leads, showroom visits, and incoming calls).
SERVICE ADVISOR
Service advisors are the liaison between the customer and service technicians working in the garage. They work with customers to determine problems with a vehicle and provide technicians with accurate repair descriptions.
PARTS COUNTERPERSON
Parts counter people are primarily responsibility for assisting daily customers with locating the part that best fits their needs.
